We value our customers that’s is why RocNyc.com offers a FREE one month in house warranty for all diamond jewelry purchased from us. (30 days from the date of purchase)

If your item breaks or a diamonds falls out after the warranty expires, we will still stand behind our merchandise. All you have to do is contact our customer service department and we will make all the necessary repairs you need for the minimum cost possible.

* Buyer pays for shipping to services, no exceptions.

Appraisals

Most orders come with a RocNyc.com certified appraisal. The appraisal is FREE, most other companies charge up to $150.00 for a certified appraisal. Your appraisal will include all the specifics and details of your item such as carat weight of the diamonds, diamond grade, type of metal, gram weight, approximate current market value, etc. You may use this appraisal to insure your jewelry.

*Appraisals are available upon request at no charge for any item over the value of $500.00 USD.

At RocNyc.com we always offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING promotion on all orders within continental USA.

Once you place your order it may take 1-2 business days to process it, as our security department needs the time to make sure that it is a legitimate purchase for your own security. Delivery time is usually 3-4 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse. You may choose to ship your package with expedited delivery services if you choose (extra charges apply).

All our shipments are insured and are signature required packages, as we only ship to residential and commercial places of business. We do not and will not ship to a P.O. Box.

In order to ensure complete privacy for our valued customers, we pack all of our merchandise in tightly sealed, tamper proof boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

RocNyc.com offers the following Return Policy: 14 Day Returns & Exchanges.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your items for a prompt store credit, refund or exchange with 14 days of receiving the item ( estimated by shipping service tracking number).

Items that are under "Final Sale" category are non refundable and non exchangeable, no refunds on these items.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, buyer pays for shipping back.

1. Please send in your package in a insured box. Contact us to receive a valid Return Authorization Code (RMA #).
2. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.
3. RMA Number must be provided. (Call Customer Service to get your RMA Number)
4. RMA Numbers are valid only for a period of 14 Days after it is issued.
5. Return/Exchange process might take up to 14 business days from the date the item is received.
6. Merchandise that are returned without our authorization (RMA #) will be refused.
7. Please include a info sheet inside the package with your name and address.
8. Product MUST be in the original condition, with original box and packaging.
9. If the item is damaged, it does not qualify for a return.
10. Special orders will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges, unless the product are damaged or dot function properly at the time of delivery.
11. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers and money orders which will be refundable via company check.
12. Returns must be postage prepaid via traceable carrier and for your protection insure for the full purchase price.
13. RocNyc.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments .

Terms of Refund

Cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 15% fee. We will refund the cost of the item minus 15% restocking free. Note that shipping, handling and insurance costs are not refundable. -If the returned merchandise is a layaway, the 25% deposit is not refundable.

Note: Please DO NOT send items back to us for return after 14 days. If you do, we will hold on to your package until you pay for the shipping back; $15 for anywhere in the Continental USA and $50 for any international shipments, additionally all these packages will be sent via USPS priority mail.
